Titirangi - Remove Brick and Concrete Slab and Add Drainage

There was a brick patio added to our house (real bricks in front, pure concrete "bricks" in the back) that is too high, and is therefore driving water/moisture underneath the cladding. For the job: we need to break up and remove the brick on both sides, lower the level of fill around the house (back to its original levels), and add appropriate drainage around the house. We'd also like to extend the driveway up to cover a portion of the brickwork, and have a new (much smaller) patio section built around the chimney.
