Finer earth moving - Possibly Skid Steer

Hello, We need to break up around 10-15sqm of top soil (the top soil has settled over 12 months) and disperse this around house. We have been told the best tools for the job will be, a skid steer with a large bucket and a rotary hoe option to break up the soil. Or maybe a digger and small dump truck. we will weigh up the options and rates. Please supply us with an estimate and rates, I understand this is only an estimate as it is hard to quote so will proceed on all inclusive rates. We want this done right first time and to have a good final product at the end.
