Need some metal scraped up and disposed off and further scraping of topsoil down to clay layer for a driveway under construction

Ended up in Disputes Tribunal based on an initial verbal quotation of $2,000-$5,000, a week later we were handed an invoice for just over $15,000... when are you going to pay?? The finished surface of sub-grade required extra works and compaction to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Won't be dealing with Ken or KMJB ever again :)

"Took instructions from Owners Civil Engineer, as instructed too by Owner, Fairest way for both parties, scope of work constantly changing, Owner then decided everything should be included in original estimate. Had to take Owner to disputes tribunal some 6 months later to get paid.
Still not paid, Be very careful of this Guy he is not honest
We have had no problem with Builder's Crack and have even been awarded a Certificate by Builder's Crack for Certificate of Top Achievement"
