Truck Parking area

I need to make a parking area made for my horse truck as the grass area we are currently using is getting a bit muddy and slippery due to the rain we've had. This will involve removing a few (approx. 5) tree stumps, digging out (and removing from property) the topsoil, adding stone chip and compacting. Needs to be suitable for horse trucks/ cars and floats to turn and park on. Horses will also be loaded and unloaded on it. Measures approx. 28m x 25m x 12m x 21m We also need the same done as a farm gate entrance to our front paddock.
