I need 100m2 excavated on my land

Hi there - I have a steep site on waiheke island and I need a excavation done and also poles for a kit set home which is 100m2. I am prepared to sign a contract but I do not have consent yet but happy to commit now. 37 Anzac road and I don’t want the whole house on excavated land and I want a retaining wall too and half of the house on poles. I have a budget ofcourse so no time wasters please - photos from immediately neighbouring property to show what’s involved. But next door work is double the extent of what I need.
