Flat Section in Turangi township, is going to have a relocated home put on it. You need to quote for: scrape off grass and topsoil where house and driveway go; laying drains (services go to site boundary); making a driveway and turning area about 60m2 total area (probably gravel/ white chip but would look at paving/concrete if good price comes in) ; better if you quote on all these items, but will look at doing them separately if necessary. Eventually will need heatpump installed too.
