New driveway and hardstanding

We are looking for approx 110m by 3m wide new chip driveway on a bareland lifestyle section just outside Lincoln, with 100m2 additional hardstanding area next to sheds. Section is flat, with access off private sealed road. Requires one ditch crossing, with 5.9m 400mm euroflo culvert ready to install. Geotech shows approx. 300mm of topsoil. Looking for a decent job, as driveway will be used by heavy vehicles for paddock access and during upcoming house construction. Job to be completed ASAP, however priority given to quality and cost balance. Quote to include appropriate hardfill and chip, however topsoil to be left on site (I. E.
