Retaining wall excavation

Approximately 20 cub m off clay has to be excavated along the back of a retaining wall, to enable the wall to be repaired. The project would suit 2 people to manually dig and wheel barrow the soil to skip bins in the driveway. Sadly the access does not suit a mechanical digger. The retaining wall leaks during the winter and needs repair to prevent wetting carpets etc. It will be necessary to excavate into a bank, then across the back wall of the house. It is estimated the job will take 30 hours for 2 people Work may commence immediately.
