Earthworks- Clean Fill, Padfoot Roller

I need to support an elevated building site with about 2000m3 of clean fill. A trench about 15 -20m length need to be dug at the very bottom to reach solid ground and then filled in with rocks to provide a stable base. Then using a digger and Padfoot roller the fill needs to be benched up to the elevated site. An engineer has been engaged to monitor and sign off the job.
