Digging out backyard to form a terrace

We have a brand new house with a sloping left to right backyard. I want to dig out a section 8m by 6m about 1.2m high at the highest point, sloping at about 30º, to flatten part of it off. I also will need about 17 holes drilled for a retaining wall. The ground is rotten rock. Easy access from the neighbouring section.
