I have two raised garden beds that have become very overgrown and root bound. one bed still has the wood around it and I would like the dead fennel plants and extra soil dug out. the second bed just needs flattening as there is very little wooden frame left but has a tree stump and roots grown through it. I also required the rubbish from these to be removed from the property. it has been suggested a mini excavator would be the most efficient to complete this but I am open to suggestions.
