Back yard excavation

I want a sloped garden to have 3 flat levels, the holes for retaining wall posts to be dug (max 1.5m), the removal of some earth, demolition of some small concrete retaining walls, old driveway to be ripped up and (if possible), prepped for laying of concrete. After builer has done the retaining walls, then would also require you to back fill with soil.
