New Build / Subdivision Excavation

We are doing a new build starting 1 October. We are needing to level out the ground for the new build, trenching around boxing for the new concrete pad, removal of soil and existing concrete (have had a garage removed so have the pad from that to remove plus a smaller pad from a glass house to remove). We also have a few stumps to remove from fruit trees. This is already a flat subdivided section just needs levelling.
