Clear bamboo and growth from around stormwater creek and 400m2 property

Rear section around 400m2 has some bamboo regrowth and some old bamboo on the other side of the stream. I want it cleared and removed, and some of the roots cleared - so maybe I can put some weedmat down or poison. The stream itself also needs to be cleaned up from the overgrowth. The site is damp due to the stream, and there is a manhole and sewer lines underground plus a neighbours sewerline exposed that feeds into it across my property. I'm hoping this is a quick job for someone who knows what they are doing with a large digger that will be able to reach to the wet spots. Site is Glamorgan Rd, rear half. I don't live in the front house so don't approach them.
