Remove dog pen and prepare ground for planting, remove waste

This is an old wooden framework with a corrugated iron roof and chicken wire on some walls. It is attached to a wooden paling fence. It has old carpet on the ground and some wood rubbish in it. I would like it removed, and the exposed ground tilled and filled with topsoil and mulch to prepare it for planting. Several concrete ground tiles for planting access might be added.
