Garden platform

We are looking at building 1 or 2 approximate 500m2 platforms with an access road on a sloped 2ha section. I've attached a picture with the height lines and section boundaries. One of the platforms ideally would be close to the top as a garden for the kids (there's already a building platform of 500m2 for the house). The other one can be anywhere else on the section. There are trees on the section except on the original building platform at the top of the section. Although no time pressure we would like to start as soon as possible.
