Clearing back site of some concrete mortar and soil.

I need an Excavator that can get into the site between Posts that are 2 metres apart. There is some concrete that will need to be removed and the rest is soil. Truck will be parked in Neighbours driveway and all spoil will need to be lifted over the fence.
