Small scale Earth moving/Landscaping. We are putting the finishing touches to house renovations and need some earth moving services comprising two parts. Possibly seeking a tracked bobcat or similar given the damp ground conditions. this is work around a house, access is good and most machinery would get through. Site is sloped, approx 1:3 or less, currently long grass and is a bit muddy. Part 1: move 3-5m3 clean fill from concrete driveway (rubble or scoria) to fill in a hole around an existing tree. Part 2: Small amount of ground leveling (2m3) and then distribution of approx 10m3 topsoil around the site from a concrete driveway. It doesn't need to be perfect just looking to have it spread about to save on manual hauling. Thinking the fill will be delivered the day before and the topsoil delivered the morning of. Timing anytime from 11th to 19th August, but will need to tie in with delivery of material (which hasn't been booked yet). A rate per hour would be useful.
