Fill in behind retaining walls and level ground

Hi, I have built two retained areas that I would like someone to fill in. Area 1 - This will be an area that needs to be flattened (soil and perhaps fill that allows good drainage), then weed matted, then bark on top. This is represented by the first 3 photos. - The area is approximately 5.2m x 4.3m and lowest part of slope is 400mm - we would like the bark to be approximately 50mm from the top of the wood retaining Area 2 - Photos 4 and 5. This area is only slightly sloping and we would like to have this flattened out with top soil and grassed. - We would like the top of the grass to be about the same height as the retaining. - The total width of this area us 7.2m and is approx 100-200mm deep in places. The main issue to overcome is that our section us two tiers. The house and this retaining is on the upper tier, with driveway access on the lower tier. The last two pictures show the pathway that goes next to the garage and works its way up a slope to the upper tier. The path is approx 1200mm wide. So its wheelbarrow access or a very narrow earth mover that is required! Mike
