Stump grinding and levelling

I need two stumps (one cabbage tree, one citrus) ground out to a depth of about 500mm, and then an area of about 20m x 10m levelled to the height of an adjacent lawn. I'm not fussy: It needs to be good enough to plant the lawn but it doesn't have to be as flat as a billiard table. There are a few metres of topsoil that need to be pushed around, and I think a few metres will need to be carted away.
