Conduit through neighbour property for Chorus fibre optic installation

I need to have a conduit installed through my neighbour's property for Chorus fibre optical installation. My neighbour has verbally given us their consent, subject to your people looking "trustworthy". I can clarify what this means. Please refer to the attached image. The yellow line marks the trench segment while the red line marks the fence segment. The red circle marks the conduit end terminating at my property, while the yellow circle marks the conduit end terminating at the boundary with the Chorus infrastructure. As the conduit is for fibre installation, it has to have a curved corner and a draw line. There is a 7m concrete driveway to cut through.
