Digging Trench/waterproofing

The recent heavy rains caused water to seep in from the bottom of the exterior wall. The house is approximately fifty years old. The exterior block wall is 8.3 meters long. The trench could be about 1-1.5 meters deep. I require a quote for one or (if possible) all of the following: 1) Digging a trench. There are paver stones on the surface. Digger access may be difficult. It will be easy to run an electrical lead. 2) Completing the waterproofing of the exterior block wall. 3) Laying of additional drainage if required. I have attached photos of the exterior and interior wall.
