i was planning to hire a bobcat and do the job myself. however time restraints may mean i need to get the professionals in. about 30 cm of soil needs to be removed to match the grade and level closest to the house. this then needs to taper off to new garage location (pretty much at grade). i am planning a new garage on the right hand side of the driveway (behind the tree stump) any excess top soil can be put on the back lawn. please also remove the tree stump - otherwise i will have someone else quote this. i have added a couple edited photos to show the grading please quote the excavation and to deliver about 6-8 CBM of metal and spread this accross the site. total job should only take about 3-4 hours for an experience bobcat driver.
