Excavation-Cut and fill, earth removal

I need the sloping elevated building site next to the road to lower down by half to 1.5 meter to make it a flat surface(still above street level). It needs to be lowered about 33 to 50cm (to be specified later)below the FFL for foundation, for both lot 1 in the front and lot 3 in the back . In rear lot(lot 3) there is also fill area as well. It will also involve earth removal for the new driveway and dumping of concrete from the existing driveway. It will involve about 159 cubic meter of cut and 17 cubic meter of fill. Please include all expenses including tipping cost in your quote. We need the quotes to be submitted soon (preferably within next 1- 2 weeks time. But the job is not due until early September when we will be over the rainy season. You can provide separate quotes for digging holes for the retaining walls +/- building the retaining walls itself, details of which will be mentioned in the building consent when it's approved.There will be over 40 m-60 m or more length of timber retaining wall to be built of varying heights.
