I need a slight sloping site of approx 1000 squares with road frontage to be lowered in three flat surfaces for three dwellings (on approx 891 sq land) and a gradual rise of common shared driveway of approx 128 squares. It will involve about 450 cubes of earth removal. Please include all expenses in your quote incl dumping. It will be a mix of light soil and clay. Geo tech report is available.
