Digging drainage ditch beside driveway

The drainage ditch between our driveway and a steep bank has become filled in (with dirt, rocks, blackberries etc) and we're looking for someone who can clear it out and remove the rubble. The section of driveway is unsealed stone chip and is about 170m long. The ditch should be one to two feet wide and about a foot deep as the driveway and hillside allow, and will need to drain smoothly into the stream because it gets a lot of runoff from the road.
