Clear and flatten backyard

We’re coming to the end of a renovation project and looking for someone to clear and flatten out the piles of construction mess in the backyard (particularly earth that came from various holes and trenches that were dug, plus some piles of aggregate that were left over). May also want to add topsoil, depending how it looks once flat. Access is restricted - at the narrowest point there is only 1200mm clearance between the fence and the deck. Keen to get an idea of feasibility and cost. Thanks!
