Get dirt flat and ready for turf or grass

I have dug out trees and concrete barriers from our back yard and now need help moving all the dirt around or possibly digging it down a bit so it can be flattened. And possibly get it prepped correctly in terms of base layers on top of the clay soil that would be needed if we put new grass or turf in. For now just looking for help getting it flattened out properly.
