Scrape off grass and level

Wanting to replace an area that is currently lawn with gravel/pebbles. Would like the base prepared so nice and flat and level. Looking for someone to scrape off the lawn and level it up, taking away any excess dirt. The area measures 8m by 5.5m. The vegetable gardens and tools e.t.c in the picture won’t be there so pretty clear space to work in. It is fairly level now it’s more just getting an inch or two off the top. I just can’t face doing it with a spade when a digger could do it so easily. Access may be tricky. Have attached a photo. Digger can be max 1400 wide to get down access between house and garage and has to turn sharply!
