Remove fence post and concrete

I'd like to get a front corner fence post removed + small area of surrounding concrete removed. The post has a concrete mowing strip/surround which may need to be cut, as well as some concrete anchoring it underground. I'd like to keep the removed post so it can be reused. It's the white post in the photos (the metal one right beside it also needs to be removed). Note: The post looks fairly close to some underground cables (haven't determined exactly where they are).
