Install Horse Arena

Huge preference will be given to someone with experience. I will contract for and arrange all materials required. Require someone with the knowledge and necessary equipment to grade in 60m x 20m arena in an already relatively flat area. Lay and compact bases, level top layer etc. Excellent access to site. Tell me what you've done and give me a ballpark for time and cost. Looking to install in April.
