Partial site clearing

Approximately 30-50m2 of soil, scrub, etc to be cleared in preparation for concrete, building works and grass laying. Trees have been removed. Only looking for someone to clear at this stage. Would suit someone with a Bobcat/Skidsteer loader & truck. Access through garage to site up to 2.05m tall.
