Section clearing and levelling - small job

What I need is site levelling to enable an extension to a small house. I need the topmost layer shaved off half of a small section around an existing small home, to enable a clear area for the builder to do profiling and to prepare a ‘blank canvas’ for future landscaping . The job is in the area to the right of the cottage in this picture. Access will not be a problem. The other half of the section would need to be done at a future date – to match the initial work - leaving the entire site levelled and ready for landscaping. The section size is approx 300sq m with the first piece of work needing to cover about a third of this.
