Grass & Topsoil Clearing

I'm wanting to clear some grass, topsoil and an old garden from behind the garage. The area is approx 25sqm, and am wanting it dug down aporox 100mm in order to put down gravel. The access is through the carport or down a 1m wide path - a bobcat/digger will not fit. I'd also like the dirt etc taken away for disposal. In regards to time frame, within the next 2 months would be ideal
