Excavate parking space

Job description

Earth-Moving
Dunedin

Just want a rough estimate of costs to do this, I realise it would probably require a resource consent so if you are a surveyor or engineer or have access to one let me know. Prefer to hear from people who have done this before. Would involve removing part of an existing retaining wall, excavating into the bank, and building a new one approx 1.5m high by 4m wide by 3m deep or however much is practical. Ideal would be parking for two cars. There is currently no off-street parking so a new curb-thing would need to be done and resource consent obtained from council. Timber post and rail for retaining is fine. Please only contact if you know about resource consent etc as well as earthmoving and retaining wall building. Thanks! Current retaining wall is blue stone, soil is hard clay.
