Driveway retaining wall

I want to put a block retaining wall along the edge of my boundary to widen my drive way. Wall will be ~2.5m high tapering down to 0 over a distance of ~15m, it will require a 1.2m footing. I have plans completed by an engineer, but the file is too big for builderscrack. I can email to those who are interested.
