Remove soil, dig foundations and level to be ready for a builder to box the area

A 20 square meter area beside an existing house requires the site to be cleared of excess soil, and to be levelled. The area is for a new extension on the house and needs to be ready for a builder to box for a foundation. The site would fit a small digger. I'm looking for an operator who can bring their own digger. If you have a truck to remove soil let us know or we can arrange a skip. The stairs and all concrete and wood in the photo have been removed. The depth to excavate is between 50cm to 0cm at the front and removing all topsoil.
