Stump removal and excavation. Remove the stumps and cart away. Excavate the area to lower the level flat with the rest of the section. Soil is above the bottom of the fence and I want to lower it to the bottom of the fence. The existing branches shown in the pictures do not need to be removed. Stumps shown in the pictures.
