Dig out vege garden and remove soil

Hi, looking for someone to dig out and remove the soil from an old vege garden. Happy to pay $350 incl gst (to include dump fees within this amount too) It needs to be dug down 10-15cm below the concrete edging. Will be laying gravel for a washing line in this area. And want to keep the bricked and concrete edging undamaged too. The area is approx 2m by 5m. And I’d say height of soil to be removed.
