400mm deep Gravel Pad for Extension

Hi, I am looking for someone with an excavator and a truck to dig out and install a 400mm deep gravel pad for an extension. The excavation foot print is on avg. 6.7m x 7.6m = 51m2. So at 400mm deep will be just over 20m3 of material to be removed and replaced with structural fill. Once the excavation is completed, I will need to arrange an inspection with the Engineer prior to backfilling. Once approved structural fill can be imported, placed and compacted in 150mm layers. The location of the extension is in the front yard. I can remove the two front fence panels to provide access to the excavator and truck. If you are interested, please provide a price.
