liquefaction removal

I need an area of 50 sqmtr cleared of liquefaction about 3-5 inches deep . Area was shingled and 26ft caravan placed on it pre EQs. Caravan removed 2 wks ago but has left large amount liquefaction not cleared at time of EQ repairs. No access for big machines. Area is accessible with smaller machine. Was original front yard. Area bordered by paths and up against garage wall. Flat area. Has been black polythene down in area pre caravan being put there. Caravan was craned in and out.
