Dispose stump from section

Have large stump, that has already been pulled out of ground that needs to be disposed of. There is concrete that stump has grown around still in it. The driveway is tight so it will have to be moved to front section for loading onto truck. Dimensions of stump are 2.0m long x 1m wide x 700mm high.
