The purpose of this work is to stop the flow and pooling of rain against the house cladding. Description of work required: Removal of scoria, stones, pebbles, hard fill, and soil to lower the level of the ground around the house up to a depth of 300mm below the house cladding. On the west side of the house the new lower level must be flat and level at 90 degrees to the house blockwork. On the north side of the house there are 3 one metre widths where the level must be lowered by approximately 125mm. Job must be completed by end of 21st June 2023.
