Job description
We require some excavation work at the rear of our house. We have recently knocked down an old single garage and a shed. They are both on concrete slabs which need to be removed. bobcat will not suffice - will need 4 ton digger. All concrete to be disposed of by contractor. Will also require removal of an old timber deck which is rotting (approx 6 m x 7 m). And some additional excavation to level the site (taking about 500 mm deep soil from a 10 m x 7 m area roughly - and disposal of soil. Will be about 2 loads of dirt, and 2+ of concrete. Also require some hole drilling for a retaining wall (300 mm holes). Would like this work completed early in the New Year.
