Location: 32 Springfield Rd, Western Springs 1. Dig out bank at rear of the property behind (removed) garage concrete pad. Approximately 1.1 M high trailing across to 1M, appears to be mostly historic rubbish, roots and clay piled up behind what was the old garage. drag out soil and use to level out across existing lawn in front. Distance between the fence and pad is around 3-4 m. 2. pull down old basalt stone wall and brick steps at front of property, dig back clay and dig footing for new stone wall. move dug out dirt as above on to rear lawn. 3. lift up old concrete path on back of section and concrete path up the side of property (next to driveway) dump concrete at back of section. Outcome wanted. 1. Want to be able to reinstate the garage on the old concrete pad, without soil build up behind. 2. Use the soil to roughly level out the lawn area at the back, or reduce the slope. 3. want to have front retaining wall prepped with footing to reinstate. 4. want to reduce the ground level at the front of property to reduce the hieght of retaining wall. Can we get separate quote/idea on removal of concrete from path and planter box, otherwise happy to use as retaining wall at the rear of property. Site has off street parking, 4.5 metre clearance up driveway side of property. sub soil is clay, appears to be no rock or sheet rock, expect any rock breaking to be extra and on charge up.
