This is a difficult job. 11-12m wide in two tiers of 1.25m and 1m with slopes between, and a drop of approx 4m, down from and parallel to the road, with a further single 6-8m by 1.25m wall adjacent. What makes it difficult is the access, which is all from above on the road. I would also like a staircase from top to bottom. All wood needs replacing. Thanks
