Clear site from concrete and other debris. All concrete onsite (drive-strips; pile of clean concrete; paths around old house-site; concrete from rinng-pile foundations of old house etc) must be uplifted and includes cutting a strip of concrete to a connecting neighbour's garage that is about 2 meters long by about 150mm thick. There is a load or so of timber etc and concrete ring-pile foundations etc left from where previous house was. The site is flat - you don't have to prepare site for next house - just clear debris. This job needs to be done on about Thursday or Friday the day after Waitangi day and should only take a day. I want a quote that includes costs for tipping. Job is in Mt Roskil.
