6x6m double garage build on front of section in Three Kings. Slab to be 6x7m with 1m on east side for side door access. Roughly 1m fall over the 7m east/west. To be cut into and retained rather than raised with block work. 0.5m clearance south side between retaining wall and start of garage slab. New or second hand garage okay, providing water tight and secure. Single ~4m wide automatic door. Driveway slight reshape and movement of waste pipe and possible reroute of water main. Looking for someone to project manage/arrange or just individual parts. Have own electrician and possible drain layer. May do council drawings and resource (building+planning) consents or you can? Zoning is 3b so are some complications. 1) Build within 6m front boundary. Vegetation blocks from road anyway and others in neighbourhood have garage on front, council thinks okay. 2) HRB is fine. Neighbours on board for consent if required for quicker consent. 3) Ground (impermeable and building) coverage ratio is fine. More details available. Ready to go.
