Contact at first was fine - and when work couldn't originally be done they contact us which was great - however asked them to go back to do the job - and they had another emergency to deal with (which we have no problem with) however we have had not contact with Richard since - despite sending emails and leaving messages on phone - overall very disappointing result.

"This is an unfortunate response. In hospital having cancer treatment. Left a message to this effect, did all we could, but in reality, I guess the cancer was a tad more important. Very dissapointing comment and rating. As can be seen, our ratings are first rate. Takes all I guess. :-("
