Basement conversion

I have an almost full basement with concrete and dirt base and sides. It is over 2.4m high in the front. I want the concrete removed and the house shored up to create new (concrete block) waterproof exterior walls & base. There will be windows in the sides and front and french doors (or the like) on the deeper north-eastern corner/sides to take advantage of the sun. I want a toilet, shower, laundry along the northern wall as the existing services (waste water) are located there. There is an existing internal door to the upper part of the house and roller garage door on the front (to be replaced by French doors). The first stage may be for the shell only with internal wall linings to create two bedrooms or 1 bedroom and an office (with kitchenette) at a latter date. I am finally (April 2013) emptying the basement so the work can start.
